Michael A. Horigan, M.S.

Since 1993, Mr. Horigan has been a consultant in the Finger Lakes Region and internationally.  Throughout these years, he has been involved with various sustainability, built environment and energy-efficiency projects.  Mr. Horigan holds a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Systems, focusing on Built Environment and Energy Management.  Mr. Horigan earned this degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with honors after completing his studies there in 1992.
